  • How much does it cost for a mechanic/technician to come out to look at my car?
    We charge a standard $99 Diagnostic charge to come access the vehicle. That charge could be more depending on the level of diagnostics that your vehicle needs. This diagnostic fee is non-refundable as it pays for the trip and the mechanic/technicians time.
  • Does a diagnostic apply towards the cost of the repair?

  • How do I make an appointment?
    Appointments are usually scheduled as early as tomorrow, In some cases we might be able to get someone to you in as little as a few hours. Either way the best way to make an appointment would be to give us a call!
  • Do yall come out to look at the vehicle or do I need to bring it to you?
    We are a completely mobile business, which means that we come to you! (We do not do roadside assistance per company policy & safety reasons.)
  • Why do I need a diagnosis?
    Vehicle diagnostics provide valuable information about your car's health, enable early problem detection, and contribute to better performance, safety, and reliability. As a general rule - a diagnostic test is ran on vehicles to get a good starting point to fixing the problem or issue that has been brought to the attention of the driver by warning light, hearing an abnormal sound.
